The Event
Exam finishers from all across the UK will be heading to Newquay for the holiday of a lifetime as UTR stages four days and four nights of incredible entertainment at UTR Summer Break 2010. With an exclusive holiday park and own private beach, UTR will also be laying on laying an awesome line up, so you're guaranteed to be partying with the biggest DJs and acts in the game. DAMAGE DEPOSITSA damage deposit of £50 pp is applicable to caravans, just to make sure that you return them in the same state you found them. The £50 will be returned within 3 weeks of the event.

CANCELLATIONSIf one member of your group cancels their place at the last minute, UTR offers you the chance to keep your caravan by doing a straight name change for another friend to step in. There is an admin charge of £10.

THIS CALLS FOR A ROAD TRIP - SHOTGUN FRONT!For those who don't want to drive themselves or catch the train, simply book return coach travel through us! To make your post-exam blow-out even easier there are coaches running straight from all major UK cities to UTR Summer Break. Plus, once you're there there's an internal shuttle system to whisk you from your bed to the beach and back again.UTR coaches will carry you and your crew down to the beach. All the hassle of driving down to the event is removed. Your return travel ticket includes use of the beach shuttle every day. Just select the return coach option when you book and ALL your transport is sorted for the duration of the event. UTR SHUTTLEIn our quest to make UTR Summer Break the most hassle free holiday possible, there's a special shuttle service to take you from the holiday park to the beach and back throughout the day. The shuttle service runs from right outside the reception and you will be escorted onto and off the coaches by one of our ever-friendly UTR Crew. Everyone not purchasing a return coach ticket needs to purchase this option. |

UTR BEACH OLYMPICS
The highly special UTR beach olympics witnesses spell-binding feats of endurance, pain, awareness and fluke. Awesome prizes, medals, inflatable trophies and most importantly bragging rights will be dished out the goldne sands of Lusty Glaze Beach as party people compete in these epic events:
CLOTHING PEGS ON THE FACE
Quantity not quality is king, as a team mate takes considerably more than one for the team! The current record holder exceeded 118 pegs; alas there remains a distinct resemblance between his face and a cheese grater all these months on!
FLIPPER SPRINT
Aside from pace, agility and skill, you'll also need some hands on team mates to whip the flippers off and get them onto the next runner as quickly as possible. One of the most intensely contested elements of the Beach Olympics, the flipper sprint makes for excellent viewing.
BLIND FOLDED SACK RACING
The removal of vision, the crescendo of noise and the need to trust in your team-mates makes this one of the most entertaining relays at the Beach Olympics.
BEER CAN DASH
If you think you've got the Usain Bolt of the beach on your team then nominate them to represent your team in the beer can dash. It's like musical chairs, only there's no music or chairs! There are less beer cans than there are competitors, so lying face down 30 ft away its a straight up sprint to grab a can and claim more points for your team.
MARSHMALLOW EATING
In every crew of mates there's always one with a big mouth and this event perfectly fits their purpose, plus it gives all the rest of your crew five minutes of peace and quiet! The game neatly incorporates quantity and quality, as the big mouthed one opens wide and prepares to receive their white fluffy load.
MR & MISS UTR
The epic journey to find the boy and girl who most embody the UTR spirit continues each week on the beach stage. With the loosest of judging criteria as standard, we are looking for the best banter, party tricks, chat up lines or any other assets.

IS IT THE BANTER ON THE BEACH?By day UTR heads down to the beach for even more mischief making. For the more active there's volleyball, the UTR beach Olympics and many more outlandish activities.
