An Update From The UTR Team

It’s been an amazing 18 months for UTR since we started running our pioneering club nights in London and around the country. As you know, it was our vision to bring you the first UTR On The Beach holiday – the first holiday of its kind for the 16-18 year old age group - this summer, on the Cornish coast. Unfortunately we’ve had some problems with the local authorities who have never worked with the 16-18 year old age group before, so were reluctant to let the holiday go ahead. This means that we’ve had to change our plans for 2010. UTR On The Beach will now go ahead in 2011 in a different, better location with the full cooperation of the local police and licensing authorities. Tickets for this will go on sale in January 2011.

This year, we are pleased to announce the first UTR Summer Break, a post A-Level holiday to Newquay, Cornwall for anyone 18 years old or over at the time of the holiday. This event will still feature huge UTR club nights, with the UK’s biggest acts on each of the 4 night. Tickets for this amazing event will be available from Thursday 1st April.

For those of our customers who were planning to attend the UTR summer holiday but will now not be old enough, we’re truly sorry for any disappointment caused. We had all the plans laid for an amazing trip, but they fell at the last hurdle in completely unforeseen circumstances, which is the hazard in creating something brand new like this. We massively value your custom and support and hope that instead we will see you at some of the exciting UTR club events that we have lined up over 2010 and that you will be a part of the first UTR On The Beach in 2011.
